[juggle] No meetings 17, 21 and 24 February

Dear Jugglers

It looks like there won't be very many of us around during Queen's  
reading week, so we've decided to cancel the club meetings for 17, 21  
and 24 February. Meetings usual on Thursday, Feburary 28th --- and  
don't forget that we're in the JDUC that night.
